The key to our organization’s procurement works are:

• Procurement organization. For our daily activities we have to maintain regular purchases of goods and services from different providers - vet. clinics and pharmacies, pet care supplies sellers, lessors of premises, etc. Our members who have experience and willingness deal with these issued on day to day basis.
• Search for suppliers.  As guardians we are trying to provide animals with the best care possible, so some of our members are involved in finding the top suppliers who can offer the best quality goods and services.
• Negotiations with suppliers. We appreciate and appreciate the responsibility for the people supporting us financially, so we try to expend the funds collected as efficiently as possible - with each supplier always negotiating for the best terms.
• Lese procurement consulting. If you have valuable ideas concerning the procurement organization, we are always appreciating your suggestions.
